Yes! We have an On Demand sponsorship opportunity that allows for one of three recognition options to be added to the On Demand access platform: your logo, or ad or commercial. Attendees will have access to this platform and your recognition choice for 90 days following the event.

We anticipate having around 400 in-person attendees but are unable to provide a firm number since this is a new location for our conference. And more will be joining us online.

Exhibit space this year will be in the main hallway of the Manhattan Conference Center. Attendees will move throughout the hallway to access all the session rooms. The general sessions take place in the Flint Hills & Kings Rooms, and the breakout sessions take place in the Konza Prairie, Kaw Nation, Big Basin, and Alcove/Tuttle/McDowell Rooms. A skirted 6’ table with 2 chairs will be provided along with 3’ high side drapes. To optimize space, there will be no back draping provided this year.

Exhibitor set up takes place from 9am – noon on Wednesday, September 14th. Tear down takes place from 3:30pm – 5:30pm on Thursday, September 15th. Exhibitors are invited to join attendees at the Manhappiness Carnival following tear-down, beginning at 5pm on Thursday evening, at the Blue Earth Plaza area outside the Conference Center.

Booth assignments will be made and shared with exhibitors in mid-August.

The post-conference attendee list is paired with a Lead Retrieval app again this year. The Lead Retrieval app can be downloaded to your mobile device at the conference. The app allows you to connect with potential customers with a simple scan of their name badge. Once scanned, you can take notes, create specific questions to ask attendees, rank the lead and export your leads in multiple ways. Visit KS SHRM conference website for more information.

All upper-level sponsors receive the list as part of their sponsorship. Sapphire sponsors receive the Lead Retrieval tool and attendee list for an additional $250. For Exhibitors, the Lead Retrieval and attendee list costs an additional $500.

More than 5 hours of dedicated time with exhibitors is scheduled for attendees in addition to all the hallway time attendees will have with vendors this year. Adjustments to the schedule will be available on the KS SHRM State Conference website.

All meals available to attendees will also be available to our business partners on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday throughout the day. See the Attendee FAQs under the Information section for more details.

Information will be shared with sponsors in August regarding where and when to ship promotional items to the Manhattan Conference Center for attendee conference bags.
